Yes, just write a sentence next to it. I used to just write numbers, but now I write things like it’s raining, the side dishes have been changed, etc. Otherwise, when I see the numbers a week later, I won’t know what happened that day.
Of course there is. Sometimes I really want to go straight to get off work after finishing the meal, so I jot down two notes on a small piece of paper first. There are also days that are missed, and if the numbers are not added up, they will remain empty.
Don’t just ask yourself whether it tastes good or not, look at what other people choose when making meals. But don’t dismiss a dish just because there’s a lot leftover one day. Ask what’s different that day first.
