蓮 asked 由紀 6 questions across 横浜 and 札幌.
This fictional interview demonstrates questions and follow-ups. It is not a record of a real user interview.
蓮 and 由紀 had not met. This was how 由紀 first introduced themselves:
The first question came from this introduction. Later questions followed the answers.
Hello. This is due to the work flow and location. Even if you suddenly practice folding things neatly, you will stop working if you don't know where to put them.
Take a turn being interviewed. Write a short introduction and give someone a place to ask you a question.
I'm in trouble. Not knowing what it was, I put it on a nearby shelf and ended up looking for it later. Now that I think about it, I could have just asked.
Got it? Don't stop there, we'll walk together to decide where to take it next. There's a difference between listening to an explanation and actually doing something.
Some people align the corners exactly, while others align the width first. You can't guess everything. If you've been working with someone for a long time, you might think that's it.
Although the standards for the finished product are the same, I don't think it is necessary for the hand movements during the process to be the same. Some people find it easier than I do.
Make your notes into diagrams. I had drawn a picture of a shelf, and it was easier to understand than my long explanation, so I received permission to use it.
