One person makes a very sharp corner, one always leaves a little air inside, and one folds too quickly so the edges walk sideways. I do not use it to catch mistakes. I just notice after twelve years.

I wore the wrong shoes. By lunch my socks were wet and I was too embarrassed to say anything. An older woman silently pushed a dry pair across the table. I kept spare socks in my locker from the next day on.
I stay for the last ten minutes. We fold the last sheets together, and people say what went wrong without being asked in front of everyone. Those ten minutes are often more useful than a meeting.
